What's the deal?

If you’re buying a residential property investment in England or Northern Ireland you’ll have to pay Stamp Duty Land Tax. The bracket of duty you pay is influenced by the value of the property and why you’re buying it. If you’re a first time investor this might seem quite confusing but don’t worry we’re here to help!
