We focus predominantly on off-plan investment properties for our investors to rent out or re-sell once they are built. Rental rates and demand in the UK are increasing year-on-year, and more people are renting than ever before. We have exclusive, off-market investment opportunities with developers in Manchester city centre, Birmingham and Liverpool, to name a few. We seek skilled sales professionals who can converse with our investors at a high, commercial level about what financial returns and opportunities each property investment presents and will best suit their investment goals and criteria.

Property Investment Consultant

TK Property Group is looking for ambitious, driven and experienced sales professionals. We’ve built strong foundations in the industry over our first 4 years and now represent industry-renowned property developers across the UK. We are going from strength to strength and seek sales professionals who can thrive with us as we continue to establish ourselves as leading property investment specialists in the UK market.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong sales background with a proven track record of high performance
  • Highly driven and competitive
  • Excellent listening, questioning and closing skills
  • Confident, upbeat and self-motivated
  • Good knowledge of the financials surrounding property investments (yields, interest rates, return on investment rates etc.) would be advantageous
  • Experienced in sales negotiation and can engage people both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Good personal and digital presentation skills for effective dialogue with clients
  • Organised, IT literate with CRMs and email, hardworking and able to multi-task in a changing market
  • Sharp business brain and the ability to adapt to new properties brought to market quickly

Your Role

Successful consultants will speak to Investors who have enquired directly about the various property investments we offer. This is either via inbound emails or inbound calls as a result of our online PPC marketing campaigns, our property portal listings, social media campaigns, etc.

Most dialogue is office based via telephone and email, but you will also need to visit clients on-site at the properties we sell to show them the opportunity, discuss the location, and the rental income they can expect and ultimately close a sale and property purchase to suit their requirements and investment goals.


  • £20,000 to £28,000 basic salary dependent on proven sales success. Realistic and proven OTE that we will demonstrate are £80,000+.
  • Holidays – 20 days plus Bank Holidays.
  • Working hours – 37.5 hours per week.
  • Office location is Wigan, a few minutes from the M6 Junc 25.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
  • Salary: £20,000.00-£80,000.00 per year.

Property Sales Progressor/Aftersales

TK Property Group is looking for an ambitious and diligent sales progressor to assist with all the back end and aftersales within our business. 

Skills & Experience

  • Strong customer service background with a proven track record of dealing with solicitors and seeing properties through to completion
  • Great time management and organisation skills
  • Excellent listening, questioning and problem-solving ability
  • Confident, upbeat and professional telephone manner
  • Experience in dealing with spreadsheets
  • Good personal and digital presentation skills for effective dialogue with clients and solicitors
  • Organised, IT literate with CRMs and email, hardworking and able to multitask

Your Role

As a Sales Progressor, you will manage the sales pipelines from reservation to completion, dealing with and resolving issues along the way. You will be the first point of contact for vendors and purchasers for advice and resolving potential issues. The role will also involve maintaining a good working relationship with solicitors and senior management.

A Sales Progressor will be working toward targets such as improving the number of days from sale to exchange and effectively turning the pipeline to an agreed target on a quarterly basis. This is an ideal position for an individual with previous experience in a front-line progressor position who is now looking to be office based and work to set hours.
