• Excavation works are 90% complete, with the floor level now reduced just below basement level

• The swimming pool structure on the lower-ground level has started and is due to complete mid November

• A viewing platform has been installed to provide investors and the public with full visibility of the site as the development progresses

• Installation and commissioning of the tower crane is complete and it is now fully operational

• The tower core walls are now formed up to ground level, starting to come out of the ground

• The raft foundation within the podium core has been blinded with concrete slurry, and the casting of the raft slab – a 2m deep concrete slab which will support the tower block – is complete

• 27 site cabins and the on-site office are complete, with welfare facilities installed including power, water and Wi-Fi.
