Fixing Minor Issues
After a property is completed, it’s common to find minor issues that need fixing. New buildings require time to settle and dry out, and during this period, small problems may emerge.
This process, called snagging, is initially handled by the developer as part of the completion process.
By the time you receive the keys to your property, snagging will either be completed or in progress. For larger issues that arise after completion and handover, warranties on all new buildings will cover these concerns.
