Buy To Let Reservation To Exchange

Once a comprehensive strategy aligns with your property goals, it’s time to select your perfect property and reserve it before exchanging contracts. Your property consultant will ensure you understand every step of the process to ensure a smooth transaction.

You’ll need to provide photo ID, proof of address, and proof of funds.

After receiving these documents and the reservation fee, our aftersales team will guide you through the exchange of contracts.  At this stage, you’ll need to appoint a solicitor for due diligence and other legal requirements.

Once completed, our solicitor will request the necessary funds to finalise the exchange—this amount may vary depending on the development.

If you don’t have a solicitor, we can recommend a trusted company experienced in all types of UK property transactions.
