She holds a First Class Honours degree in Business Management and has developed her career across multiple industries, combining strategic thinking with a data-led, commercially focused approach. Alongside this, Katie has over ten years’ experience in graphic design and photography, enabling her to translate complex property investment opportunities into clear, engaging marketing assets that resonate with investors.

Originally from Liverpool, Katie enjoys exploring new locations on long walks, drone photography, and staying active at the gym. These interests support her creative mindset and help her maintain focus, energy, and clarity in both her professional and personal life.
