Construction Update

As the year comes to an end, we are pleased to share the latest updates from Berkeley Square Manchester. Currently in week 86 of the planned 139 weeks, the project remains on schedule.

Progress This Month

•Facade Work: Insulation, rendering, and brick slips continue to move forward steadily, adding layers of both protection and style to the building’s exterior.
• Interior Fit-Out: Internal partitions are progressing across levels 3 to 6, while the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) team is making great strides. Second fixes are well underway on levels 0 and 1, with first fixes advancing on levels 3 and 4. Flooring, kitchens, tiling, and decoration are shaping up beautifully in the apartments, with the ground-floor units now fully decorated. Apartment entrance doors are also being installed.
• Lift Installation: The lift for core 3 is complete, while installation is progressing for lift 2 in core 1 and has commenced for core 2.
• Benchmark Apartment: Our benchmark apartment is fully decorated and currently undergoing snagging to ensure every detail is perfect.
