2019
TK Property Group founded by Sam Fearon and Ricky Murphy with our first office opening in Wigan, UK.
2020
TK Property Group hired it's first employees.
2021
Started working with A-grade developers across the UK to provide our clients access to the best property investment opportunities.
2022
Secured a number of exclusive units for TK Property Group across a number of developments.
2023
The TK Property Group team doubled in size compared to January 2022.
2024
TK Property Group's third office expansion, moving to Blue Tower, MediaCityUK.
