TK Property Group has received a prestigious Five Star award at the 2026 United Kingdom Property Awards, earning the title of Best Estate Agency, Single Office, United Kingdom.
The winners were announced on 23 October 2026 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, in front of more than 400 people from across the property and hospitality industries. To be recognised as the best in the country, against agencies of every size, is something the whole team is incredibly proud of.
We’ve been building towards this for a long time. It’s a reflection of how we work every day, and of the clients and partners who trust us to get it right.
About the UK Property Awards
The United Kingdom Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, now in their 34th year and widely seen as the most prestigious awards in the industry. Sponsored by Luxaviation UK, the programme recognises the best in architecture, interior design, property development, real estate and hospitality.
Winning is never a given. Every entry is assessed by an independent panel of more than 120 industry experts, who judge on quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability. This year saw well over 2,000 registrations across all regions.
The programme covers Europe, Africa, Arabia, the Americas, Asia Pacific and the United Kingdom. The top winners from each region go forward to compete for the World’s Best titles at the International Property Awards.
