Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Investment Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, providing expert advice on property investment opportunities, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. You will work closely with our marketing and research teams to stay informed about market trends and deliver tailored investment solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify profitable investment opportunities.
- Provide clients with detailed property investment advice and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
