Construction Update

The announcement and launch of Park Residence at Edition in Birmingham marks a significant milestone in the city’s residential development. Located on Brindley Drive, this ambitious project features two architecturally distinct towers, with Park Residence standing at 15 storeys and Centenary Tower at 46 storeys. The development will offer 581 luxury apartments, complete with extensive amenities such as a pool, rooftop outdoor spa, private dining rooms, co-working spaces, a cinema room, a skyline gym, and an outdoor terrace.

The project is expected to generate around 300 jobs, including 60 apprenticeships, contributing significantly to the local economy.

The first phase of construction is slated for completion by 2027, promising to enhance Birmingham’s residential landscape and provide a luxurious living experience in the heart of the city.
