Pay a reservation fee, sign a reservation form and complete AML checks to take your chosen unit off the market.

Solicitors are instructed to act on your behalf and manage all legal work for your purchase.

Exchange of contracts, where the exchange deposit is payable and the purchase becomes a legal transaction*.

Completion is when the property is fully handed over and the purchase is complete**.

Furnishing the property (if applicable) & finding a tenant, both of which can be done with the help of our partners.

*Typically 28 days after reservation, exchange deposit due depending on the specific property terms (minus the initial reservation fee)
**Timing dependent on type of property purchased the balance of the remaining purchase price is due via cash, mortgage or occasionally staged payments (dependent on property)
